Hi, I'm Taylor, a clinically licensed social worker based in Missouri with a keen interest in holistic wellness. I established the Wellness Center driven by the belief that our health is interconnected and everything is intertwined. My mission is to support individuals in loving themselves wholly, advocating for themselves, and embracing their authentic selves.

THERAPY SERVICES
Taylor specializes in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with perinatal
mental health, depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and PTSD
related to race, community violence, and sexuality/gender (including LGBTQIA+).
Clients describe Taylor as approachable and relatable on a human level. Her
warmth and friendliness create a safe environment that encourages clients to
explore meaningful connections in therapy. Taylor is dedicated to providing
culturally inclusive care and acknowledging intersecting identities, empowering
clients to reclaim their stories and build trust within themselves. She is seen as a
natural ally and companion on the therapeutic journey.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Doula services are provided wherever necessary whether that be at the home, at the bedside, in a birthing center, in the hospital room, or in the clinic. I will meet you wherever you need me to be.
Therapy services are currently offered in-person at Change, Inc. and virtually.
- I can only offer therapy services to those residing in the state of Missouri. I am able to offer doula services in the Greater Saint Louis area, including bordering Illinois cities.
Where do you provide services?
CBT is a method of psychotherapy that has demonstrated to be most successful with those who struggle with depression and/or anxiety. CBT helps people identify and explore the ways your emotions and thoughts affect your actions.
Person Centered Therapy is when the client does most of the talking and takes the reigns of the therapy session. The therapist guides the session, provides insight, and acts as a source of support.
